Exam Pressure

When you are studying for exams, it may feel like this is your only chance to get the results that you want however it may be best to remember that what ever happens in your exams there are always other options to fall back on if things don’t work out exactly as you might wish.

As well as revising it’s important to make time to give yourself, have regular breaks. It might be a good idea to think about ways that you can help yourself relax, whether it’s going for a bike ride, taking a relaxing  bath or doing other things that you enjoy that help you relax.
